What Shaker does
A couple looking for a BYOB bartender and a couple looking for a champagne tower need different answers. Every service below has its own page, its own pricing and its own FAQ hub.
Bar Packages
Shaker Bar & Bev. Co. runs the bar for weddings, corporate events and private parties across Dallas-Fort Worth: the packages, the pours, the people and the clean-up.
Bar packages run from $15 to $35 per guest for four hours of service, with bartenders at $50 an hour and one bartender per 75 guests.
BYOB Options & Bartenders
You buy the alcohol. Shaker brings the bartenders, the supplies, the mixers and a shopping list so you buy the right amount of it.
A BYOB event needs bartenders at $50 an hour, one per 75 guests, plus the supplies package at $275. Most couples add the liquor mixers package at $7 per guest, which covers the sodas, juices, ice and disposables.
Bartenders & Add-Ons
If you only need skilled people behind the bar, that is a service on its own: bartenders at $50 an hour, one per 75 guests.
Bartenders and bar glassware bussers are both $50 an hour. Shaker staffs one bartender per 75 guests. Staff arrive two hours before the ceremony and leave an hour and a half after the bar closes.
Not sure which you need?
Most weddings are one of two shapes: a per-guest bar package where Shaker supplies everything from $15 to $35 a head, or BYOB where you buy the alcohol and Shaker brings the staff and supplies. Both are priced on the pricing page, and we will quote them side by side against your own guest count if you would rather see two numbers than two ranges.
