Pricing and estimates

Prices published on this website are the rates in effect as last reviewed on August 13, 2026 and are subject to change. All package prices are per guest for 4 hours of bar service unless stated otherwise, and a 20% setup and service charge applies.

Published rates are not a quote. The rates on this site are the rates every quote is built from, and any example total shown alongside them is an illustration, not a contract, a binding offer or a final proposal, and it does not reserve a date. Only a customized quote issued by Shaker Bar & Bev. Co., and the contract you sign, govern what you pay. Sales tax, travel fees where applicable, and items quoted individually are excluded from any figure published here.

Availability

Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee that a date, a package, a specific spirit, wine, beer or garnish is available. Brand selections listed on package pages reflect what is typically offered and may be substituted with a comparable product where supply requires it.

Alcohol service

Bar service is provided in accordance with applicable Texas law. Service is limited to guests of legal drinking age, and staff may decline or discontinue service to any guest at their discretion where they judge it necessary for guest safety. Where a client supplies their own alcohol, responsibilities are set out in the contract for that event.

Photography

Photographs on this site are of real events served by Shaker Bar & Bev. Co.. They illustrate the style and scope of work and do not depict a specific package or price unless the page says so.

Third-party information

Some information on this site is drawn from third parties: review platforms, wedding directories, and, on the comparison page, publicly reported figures about other companies. Where that is the case the page says so, names the source, and states whether we verified it ourselves. Third-party information may change after we publish it. We correct errors when they are pointed out: call (817) 873-2880.

Reviews reproduced on this site are published as written by their authors on the platform named, and are linked back to that platform so they can be read in context.
